• The lawsuit accuses Mostaque of embezzling funds and misusing company assets. Mostaque admitted to using company funds for personal use.

• Hodes claims to have lost $150 million in equity due to undisclosed fundraising attempts and a planned AI text-to-image pivot. If the company reaches their target valuation of $4 billion in the next round, Hordes would lose out on half a billion dollars!
